For the convenience of the parties of review, Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (hereafter referred as “the Board”) decided to further simplify filing documents for review against refusal of trademark applications. The detailed announcement is as follows:
 
I. As of September 1st, 2018, Notifications of (Partial) Refusal are not required when filing review against refusal of trademark applications with the Board (excluding review against the provisional refusal of international registration for territory extension protection).
 
II. As of September 1st, 2018, subject qualification documents of applicants are not required when filing review against refusal of trademark applications with the Board (excluding review against the provisional refusal of international registration for territory extension protection), if the applicant for review is same as the applicant for trademark registration.
